Shipping Policy

 Nature's Excellence Inc. offers UPS Ground to the United  States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories). The shipping rate is determined by the weight of the items purchased and the shipping zone. 

Shipping Times: 

Nature's Treasures orders usually ship out within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of purchase order. 

Private label orders usually ship out within 4 to 6 working days after receipt of purchase order. Timing of original private label orders are determined by approval of artwork. 

Display orders usually ship 15 to 45 working days after receipt of purchase order. All displays remain the property of Nature's Excellence, Inc.

Shipping Cost: 

All product orders above $100.00 ship for free! All orders below $100.00 will be charged a $20.00 shipping and handling fee. 

Damaged, Shipping Errors

Damaged Product: Our Shipping Department takes great care in processing and packing orders. However, if any errors or damages have occurred during shipment, please contact Nature's Excellence Inc. at krw@frontiernet.net or 612-759-7602 within 48 hours of receiving package. Please keep all packaging material as the carrier may require examination of damages.
