 Return Policy

We believe in our products and know that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may receive credit for your purchase provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is returned to Nature's      Excellence Inc. within 30 days of invoice date.
• All returns are in resalable      condition including tamper evident cap. Acceptance of returned items      is at the discretion of Nature's Excellence Inc.
• All freight and shipping      charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless specified in      writing by Nature's Excellence, Inc. 
• A 20% restocking fee (minimum      $20) may apply on returns to Nature's Excellence, Inc.

Please repackage the item/s carefully and ship using delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for shipping damages on returns or for items lost in transit. 

All sales of Private Label products are final. Because Private Label products are made with your company name, we do not accept returns.
